Plenty of Space for Your Company’s Success
Due to the strongly increasing volume of goods, the demand for suitable logistics areas all along the German waterways has also increased – and space is in short supply. DeltaPort, on the other hand, has room to spare: there is currently a land potential of 42 hectares. Industrial and commercial plots that can be subdivided into different configurations are available, in a floodwater-free setting and developed with trimodal transport access.
Plot in the Port of Emmelsum
The trimodal Port of Emmelsum is transshipment port for containers and break bulk that, in line with its rail port function, offers ideal prerequisites for the linkage of the transport modes ship and rail. The three multimodal cargo handling terminals are run by different operators. Access to the terminals is non-discriminatory. There is an available logistics area in the westerly portion of the port area of some 15 hectares (see Area A on the map).In the northerly area, there is an area earmarked for marketing (see Area B on the map). The areas are located in the immediate backyard section of container terminals. All plots can be equipped with rail siding.
Plots in the Rhine-Lippe Port Wesel
The Rhine-Lippe Port in Wesel is an allround port for break bulk, heavy cargo, and for the distribution of your containerized goods. The quay facility with non-discriminatory access is the basis for the expansion of the available commercial and industrial areas for the settlement of logistics companies, as well as commercial and industrial layout with an affinity to the port.
This location has a terrain of 27 hectares (plot A, see map “Available Areas Rhine-Lippe Port”). The floodwater-free plot has immediate access to the water.
